It is pleasing and ironic to think that buying Gold Eagle coins could bring about the downfall of the Wall Street casino.

January 3, 2011 – It is pleasing and ironic to think that buying Gold Eagle coins could bring about the downfall of the Wall Street casino, which is sponsored by the government that struck them. It is also quite possible.

Not a day goes by that we don’t see some story exposing another facet of the money grab and the government’s complicity in it. The average citizen is becoming ever more aware that the real intent of fiscal policies, as was so eloquently stated on www.mybudget360.com, is “to aggregate as much wealth into the banking system while eliminating the American middle class by a slow systematic dilution of their currency and financial well being and standard of living."

Regardless of our personal beliefs about free markets, there can be no justification for the $90 billion in bonuses handed out in the companies that got us into this mess and continue to siphon off the meager remaining wealth of average Americans. We may recoil in terror at the idea of wealth distribution but we see justice in returning the money that Wall Street conmen cheated out of trusting hard working citizens.

There is one sure way to shut down the casino: simply refuse to play the game anymore. Stock market sharks feed on massive schools of little fish, but if the those are removed they would be forced to turn on themselves and soon the game would be over. With their wealth set to go up in smoke the survivors will start snatching up all the gold they can, sending prices through the roof.

The government’s 0% interest policy has caused cash investments to steadily lose purchasing power. Converting cash to gold coins now is not only a way to preserve wealth, it will be the means by which wealth will flow back to Main Street when Wall Street falls.
